The role
- Own the roadmap for existing customer digital experiences across Vodafone's web and app, informed by customer insights, data, and business priorities.
- Define and prioritise the product backlog to ensure delivery teams focus on highest-value opportunities and balanced customer, commercial, and technical needs.
- Drive optimisation through A/B testing, hypothesis-led experimentation, and post-launch performance analysis across key metrics: digital adoption, journey completion, containment, satisfaction, and commercial performance.
- Partner with UX, engineering, analytics, content, operations, and business teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve customer journeys from concept through launch.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across the organisation to build alignment on digital-first strategy and resolve issues impacting customer experience or commercial performance.
What they are looking for
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Digital Product Lead managing web and/or app products in agile delivery models.
- Strong data and analytics skills: you use customer behaviour, research, and experimentation to identify pain points and translate insights into prioritised actions.
- Track record delivering digital products end-to-end—from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation in high-volume customer environments.
- Expertise in the levers driving customer engagement, self-service adoption, commercial performance, and satisfaction in digital channels.
- Proficiency with Jira, Adobe Analytics, content management systems, and reporting tools; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience working with UX designers, engineers, analysts, and content teams; excellent communication and stakeholder influence at all levels.
