The role

  • You own end-to-end product success for pensions and cross-border investment expansion, translating regulatory complexity (AVD, SIPP, PEA) into seamless API solutions.
  • Deep-dive into German pension frameworks and localised tax-efficient wrappers across UK, France, and beyond to unlock Upvest's ecosystem at scale.
  • Work directly with leadership (Claire Goldschmidt, Mislav Ilich) on business-critical topics: bridging Europe's wealth gap, reducing investment barriers, and increasing access through 200+ partner fintechs and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams under joint OKRs and clear roadmaps in a decoupled, dynamic environment.

What they are looking for

  • 3–5 years Product Management experience, ideally in financial products, wealth management, B2B SaaS, or FinTech.
  • Business-level English and C2 German fluency; comfortable presenting to clients in both languages.
  • Strong B2B client empathy: understand needs and obsess over delighting them with product solutions.
  • Bias for impact and speed in discovery and delivery; hunger to absorb complex topics (local tax regulations, financial frameworks, asset classes, settlement flows) and apply PM best practices.
  • Hands-on with PM toolkits: product discovery, Linear, Slite, Miro, Figma, or equivalent documentation and ticketing software.
