Senior Product Manager (Remote, United Kingdom)

The role

• Define, own, and evolve product vision and roadmap for your area using AI-enabled insights and user-centric discovery to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Business Development, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Support; manage stakeholders and drive clarity on priorities and trade-offs.
• Own end-to-end product development from MVP definition through iterative improvement, maintaining high quality while integrating AI into workflows.
• Lead and mentor product managers and cross-functional team members; continuously evolve product practices by introducing new tools and frameworks.
• Measure, analyze, and report on product metrics; communicate strategy and performance to senior leadership through clear, insight-driven narratives.

What they are looking for

• Proven years of product management experience with demonstrated ability to scale product practices across teams or organisations.
• Strong track record integrating AI into core PM workflows (discovery, prioritization, delivery, iteration) using solid product judgment to evaluate outputs.
• Experience or strong interest in people management: coaching, mentoring, and leading product managers.
• Start-up or marketplace environment experience and/or ticketing and events/music industry knowledge.
• Expertise with JIRA, GitHub, and modern product development tools; data-driven decision making; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
