Product Manager

The role

• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for modular architecture products aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee full product development lifecycle from concept through implementation, testing, and deployment across modular defence systems.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, hardware teams, integration specialists, and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage backlog, and drive technical innovation.
• Lead sprint planning and reviews; define KPIs and use data-driven insights to monitor product performance and guide continuous improvement.
• Stay current with sector trends in modular systems, open architecture frameworks (MOSA, FACE), and emerging technologies in defence and aerospace.

What they are looking for

• 3+ years as Product Manager in technology, with focus on modular defence systems or intelligent systems.
• Advanced proficiency in both Portuguese (C2) and English (C2)—fluency proven and required.
• Strong systems engineering knowledge: modular architecture, systems integration, interface standards, open architecture frameworks.
• Agile expertise: hands-on with Scrum, Jira; preferably PSPO I or CSPO certification.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire multifunctional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
