The role
- Drive end-to-end roadmap planning and execution for TeamViewer ONE, our next-generation digital workplace platform connecting endpoint management, remote connectivity, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
- Conduct user research with IT managers, admins, and MSPs through interviews, prototypes, and feedback loops to validate features before engineering commits.
- Own specific features from ideation through delivery, working daily with engineering, design/UX, and marketing to ship high-quality solutions.
- Track KPIs and success metrics across your roadmap; pivot based on telemetry data and user insights.
- Maintain product quality and reliability standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
What they are looking for
- 3–5 years in Product Management, preferably B2B SaaS, with familiarity in endpoint management, remote support, or IT operations software.
- Comfort reading telemetry dashboards and using data to inform decisions; ability to engage in technical discussions on APIs, integrations, SSO, and RBAC.
- Experience in agile or lean product development environments; prior work with MSPs or in IT operations a plus.
- Exposure to automation, orchestration, policy engines, or AI/ML-driven insights.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira strongly preferred.
