Director Product Management TeamViewer One (all genders)

The role

• You own TeamViewer ONE's full product strategy—from market analysis and AI/automation strategy through execution, go-to-market, and commercial alignment.
• You build and lead a team of Product Managers and Owners, directing backlog execution, release decisions, and customer rollouts with strategic accounts.
• You report to Senior Leadership on AEM developments, recommend Build/Buy/Partner investments, and translate industry trends into autonomous endpoint management capabilities powered by generative AI.

What they are looking for

• Proven track record leading strategic product initiatives in endpoint management, RMM, remote access, or DEX solutions.
• Strong leadership experience managing multi-skilled teams and working directly with strategic customers in the software development cycle.
• Deep expertise in endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX, ITSM, and emerging autonomous endpoint management concepts; solid understanding of AI, LLM, and machine learning technology.
• Product and project management excellence with agile methodologies, product-led growth fundamentals, and data governance concepts.
