Product Owner (Technical)

The role

• You own your product end-to-end: set goals, metrics, and roadmap aligned with Revolut's mission, then drive from ideation through launch and growth.
• You directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design teams—collaborating across Financial Crime, Legal, and Security to navigate complex regulatory requirements.
• You're the go-to person: technical discussions with engineers on approaches and requirements, data-driven prioritization, and narrative ownership with leadership and partners.

What they are looking for

• 2+ years in high-growth tech or banking/finance (acquiring, payments, crypto, insurance).
• 2+ years shipping technical products (platforms, distributed systems, ML, computer vision, data science).
• 1+ year managing people (engineers, operations, or design).
• Outstanding communication, high analytical and technical acumen, and proven 0-to-1 product launch experience.
• Bias toward action and hands-on execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; ROI-focused prioritization.
