Head of Product (Fraud)

The role

• You lead a financial crime product team designing security features across Revolut's global platform serving 70M+ customers.
• You build and develop teams aligned with product objectives, managing multiple squads and Product Owners with direct reports.
• You own your team's product roadmap end-to-end — from strategic planning and conception through execution and launch, with a focus on AI-centric systems.

What they are looking for

• 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years managing large teams across multiple squads.
• Proven track record managing AI products, data science products, customer-facing features, and back office systems simultaneously.
• Strong analytical acumen and business sense to drive ROI-based prioritization under ambiguous, fast-paced conditions.
• Experience formulating and owning product vision with leadership, customers, and partners — and shipping products from scratch.
