Team Lead – Product Management Software (f/m/d)

The role

• Own strategic planning, execution, and lifecycle management of the software product portfolio — from Ground Control Software to AI and cloud solutions.
• Build and refine product roadmaps that balance innovative trends with company strategy, keeping the portfolio ahead of market competition.
• Partner cross-functionally with Software Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to bring products from concept to market delivery.
• Drive go-to-market strategy with the Product Marketing Manager, ensuring every release advances market leadership.
• Conduct proactive market analysis, monitor emerging trends, and continuously align product improvements with customer needs and technological advances.
