The role

  • Define multi-year strategy for PVcase Ground Mount, balancing disruptive innovation with enterprise stability to defend market leadership in solar design.
  • Lead technical discovery with solar engineers to deconstruct CAD workflows and navigate AutoCAD platform constraints while maintaining high performance and UX.
  • Build and communicate roadmaps that justify feature requests vs. long-term strategy using quantitative user behavior data and qualitative feedback.
  • Partner strategically with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Design to ship solutions that move NRR, LTV, retention, and expansion revenue.
  • Own customer discovery through interviews and feedback analysis, translating insights into product strategy that drives measurable business impact.

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS PM experience with 2–3 years driving growth or managing mature products at scale; proven track record moving specific metrics (NRR, churn, expansion revenue).
  • Strong analytical capabilities: hands-on with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, Pendo) and experience running experiments to validate hypotheses.
  • Deep B2B SaaS business model knowledge: unit economics, how product decisions impact revenue, retention, and CAC; competitive market experience defending share and differentiating.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication: translate complex technical concepts for business audiences, articulate business value to engineering teams, create compelling written narratives.
