The role

  • Shape this product from scratch: define the problem space, validate personas, and set initial strategy with thin evidence and high conviction.
  • Run structured discovery: design and execute customer interviews, prototype tests, and in-app experiments to validate desirability and viability before committing to build.
  • Own the integration layer: decide how the product ingests geospatial data, irradiance sources, and financial modeling inputs — and what that means for build/buy/partner decisions.
  • Embed AI meaningfully: identify where AI/ML accelerates solar workflows, and define the framework for when it adds value versus noise.
  • Build an evidence-based roadmap: communicate trade-offs to stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative signals, not opinions.

What they are looking for

  • 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS with proven 0-to-1 product development experience — you've shipped something people actually use.
  • Experience with platform or ecosystem products: navigated multiple interconnected products, defined shared capabilities, or managed API-first strategies.
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to develop deep domain expertise in solar energy and renewable technologies.
  • Product builder mindset: thrives in high-ambiguity, makes hard calls with limited data, and shapes conviction from first principles.

  • Flexible working hours, half-day Summer Fridays, and additional paid vacation for birthdays and volunteering.
