The role
- You own a defined product sub-area end-to-end, driving measurable improvements over multiple quarters with full autonomy over scope, sequencing and quality trade-offs.
- You synthesise data, research, stakeholder input and technical constraints to define problems independently and propose grounded solution options.
- You produce clear PRDs and product specs that anticipate edge cases, integrations and engineering constraints, then own launch readiness, success metrics and fast post-launch iteration.
- You influence prioritisation and resource allocation through structured communication and evidence, representing your product area in customer conversations.
- You manage execution risks early, adjust plans while protecting outcomes, and build trusted cross-functional relationships with engineering, design and GTM teams.
