Group Product Manager, Partners

The role

• Own product strategy, delivery, and outcomes for Primer for Partners—a platform enabling third-party payment service providers to scale on Primer's infrastructure.
• Set direction by translating company strategy into clear partner-focused priorities; lead the reimagining of how partners unlock value from the platform.
• Lead planning and execution across multiple teams, managing dependencies, sequencing, and predictable launches while balancing short-term partner needs with long-term platform health.
• Build and develop a high-performing group of PMs through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
• Establish insight loops across partners, merchants, and internal teams to ground decisions in real usage and market context.

What they are looking for

• Experience owning strategy and outcomes for a complex platform or ecosystem product area, ideally involving partners, integrations, or third-party developers.
• Strong product judgment with a track record of navigating ambiguity and making durable decisions in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to lead execution across multiple teams while improving delivery predictability and maintaining long-term platform quality.
• Comfort operating in payments or similarly regulated, technical domains; ability to reason about downstream regulatory, scheme, and operational implications.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership skills to influence senior leaders and external partners through clear narratives and evidence.
• Experience partnering with engineering leadership on platform architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
