The role

  • Define and drive the game's business strategy, building a robust product roadmap for development and post-launch live operations as part of the game leadership team.
  • Lead and manage a team of high-calibre Product Managers, supporting their career development through coaching and process improvements.
  • Work closely with Design, Art, Production & Analytics to design, scope and implement core features that deliver outstanding gameplay and positively inflect metrics.
  • Drive user and competitive research, ensure product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis, and champion product vision across the studio.

What they are looking for

  • Proven Product Management experience in game development with a consistent track record shipping titles, managing live operations, and balancing in-game economies.
  • Experience leading Product Management teams and articulating product vision to drive studio-wide cross-discipline alignment.
  • Deep expertise with RPG/ARPG titles and new game development from concept through worldwide launch.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities in acquisition funnel and in-game optimisations, backed by data-driven insights and meaningful dashboards.
  • Strong passion for games and creating compelling user experiences across free-to-play mobile and AAA platforms.
