Senior Product Operations Specialist

## The role - You own the horizontal product operations layer across all product teams — not embedded in one squad. - You design and improve R&D-to-GTM engagement models, handoff patterns, and value stream clarity. - You build and nurture the PM community: guilds, ceremonies, onboarding, shared methodologies, and best practices. - You own tooling standards across analytics, roadmapping, and delivery platforms, and run regular health checks on key metrics. - You report directly to the VP of Product and work closely with Product Directors, PMs, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement. ## What they are looking for - 4+ years in a product organisation, ideally as a Senior PM, TPM, or Product Operations leader in a scaling tech company. - Proven track record improving broken or unclear processes at scale — not just documenting them. - Deep understanding of the full product value stream: discovery, delivery, and go-to-market. - Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, and GTM functions. - Data-driven, structured problem-solver with hands-on experience using analytics, BI, and roadmapping tools. ## What is in it for you - Share programme participation and unlimited paid holiday. - 6 months fully paid parental leave for primary caregivers, available from year one. - Flexible hybrid working with a Workation policy allowing multi-week work from abroad. - Monthly "EDGE" time dedicated to personal and professional development. - One-off home office setup budget plus monthly WFH and healthcare allowances.
