## The role - You own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for major product lines, from positioning through launch and commercial impact. - You define messaging, value propositions, and narratives that resonate with target hotel and hospitality segments across acquisition, adoption, and expansion. - You act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing — aligning teams around shared outcomes. - You drive customer, market, and competitive research to influence roadmap priorities and inform cross-functional stakeholders. - You enable Sales, CS, and partners to tell the product story through training, battlecards, and scalable content assets. ## What they are looking for - 5–7 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or adjacent technology sectors. - Proven ownership of GTM strategy for meaningful product areas, with strong positioning and messaging expertise. - Analytical, data-driven mindset capable of quantifying impact and synthesising complex insights into clear recommendations. - Experience navigating complex, matrixed organisations with multiple cross-functional stakeholders. - Nice to have: payments, embedded finance, or regulated product background; familiarity with hospitality or vertical SaaS. ## What is in it for you - Participation in the company share program alongside competitive compensation. - 6 months fully paid parental leave for primary caregivers, available within your first year. - Unlimited paid holiday and a Workation policy allowing you to work from other countries for weeks at a time. - Monthly "EDGE" time dedicated to personal exploration, development, and growth. - Flexible hybrid working with a one-off home office setup budget and monthly WFH and healthcare allowances.
