Product Manager

The role

• Own the end-to-end Credit Card roadmap from MVP to global scale, defining business outcomes-driven strategy and ensuring alignment across global stakeholders.
• Act as primary Product Manager for a dedicated engineering squad, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and partnering daily with Engineering Managers for timely delivery.
• Serve as subject matter expert on credit card lifecycles, translating complex financial rules (APR, interest accruals, billing cycles, credit limit logic) into robust API models, General Ledger logic, and event-based accounting rules.
• Bridge strategy and execution by creating detailed product requirement specifications with precise business rules, flows, and calculations.
• Assess global markets to define go-to-market strategies, working directly with customers, prospects, and partners to refine product-market fit and create sales enablement materials.

What they are looking for

• 5+ years Product Management experience in Banking or Fintech, with 5+ years focused specifically on Credit Card lifecycle.
• Deep expertise in credit card states, event-driven architecture, and accounting flows (Debit/Credit logic) in core banking environments.
• Track record managing complex stakeholder interfaces: leading remote engineering squads, influencing C-level executives, and engaging external partners.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate regulatory requirements into bulletproof product specifications; comfort with AI-driven problem solving.
• Proven execution in 100% remote, distributed international teams with independent velocity and alignment maintenance.
