The role
- You own product management for Centrali and selected AI/analytics solutions from discovery through adoption and value realisation.
- You bridge engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring product investment aligns to strategic priorities with clear evidence of value.
- You define success criteria, KPIs and benefit measures for releases, then track performance through to realised outcomes.
- You drive awareness, engagement and adoption through communications, workshops, training and launch support across a complex organisation.
- You create strong feedback loops between users, stakeholders and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
What they are looking for
- Product management experience in digital, data, analytics or AI-enabled environments with a track record of driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and business engagement capability in complex organisations.
- Ability to define product success measures, KPIs and business benefit tracking—then translate business needs into clear product priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation and the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Commercial, outcome-focused mindset with clear emphasis on value realisation and capacity creation.
