The role

  • You own the product suite for IBAN lifecycle management (creation, compliance, operations) and payment execution (SEPA, instant, international transfers).
  • You identify friction points and propose innovations across payment flows, transaction reliability, processing delays, rejections, and incident management.
  • You partner with external banking providers and payment processors, managing relationships end-to-end and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • You collaborate with product designers, QA, data analysts, mobile/backend developers, and payment operations specialists across three cross-functional squads.
  • You validate technical implementation, monitor product performance metrics, and own launch success for new features and products in your domain.

  • 5+ years of product management in fintech, banking, or financial institutions, with proven track record in payments domain.
  • Technical depth: you design specs collaboratively with engineers and validate their work with rigor.
