You are the dedicated analytical leader for the Zable app (1M+ customers on iOS and Android), owning the full analytics stack from dashboards to predictive models.
You drive the end-to-end A/B testing lifecycle — experimental design, execution, statistical analysis, and recommendations — setting the experimentation standard across the team.
You build predictive models for user behaviour, churn risk, and uplift modelling to inform proactive product decisions.
You act as a strategic thought partner to Product, Growth, and Engineering leadership, translating complex findings into clear business recommendations.
You define and champion analytics best practices and methodologies within the growth analytics team.

5+ years in data analytics within a product-led or high-growth tech environment.
High proficiency in SQL and strong Python skills for data analysis.
Hands-on experience with dbt and solid data modelling fundamentals.
Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks: A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
