The role
- Own the product vision and strategy for either omnichannel experience or multi-brand business, with full decision-making authority for your domain.
- Lead and mentor multiple Product Managers through their respective squads, setting best practices and embedding innovation across the team.
- Drive supplier partnerships and commercial negotiations with digital platform vendors; own performance and service level outcomes.
- Champion data-driven product development through analytics and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve KPIs.
- Influence senior business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to align product roadmaps with JD Group's strategic objectives.
