Deployed Product Designer

The role

• You own the full design process end-to-end: concept, prototyping, validation, and delivery—shipping products in months, not quarters.
• You ensure complex AI-based applications are intuitive, trustworthy, and deployable in high-stakes battlefield environments where usability directly impacts mission success.
• You challenge assumptions, bridge abstract technical concepts into elegant UX solutions, and collaborate across engineering, AI, and military domain experts without bureaucratic overhead.
