Product Owner (all genders)

The role

• Own delivery of initiatives end-to-end—from first idea through validated outcome for safety-critical public transport systems.
• Drive stakeholder alignment on scope, feasibility, and business value across technical, UX, and platform teams.
• Shape initiatives into clear features with acceptance criteria and measurable objectives; break down work with the team and provide continuous feedback during implementation.
• Prioritize pragmatically between feature delivery and technical improvements in an Agile environment.

What they are looking for

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment; SAFe certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar) and solid understanding of software development processes.
• Fluent English and German—essential for stakeholder alignment in a Vienna-based, international setting.
• Proactive, team-oriented personality with strong decision-making skills and ability to independently drive topics forward.
