Technical Product Manager (f/m/x) - Metrify

The role

• You own projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, delivery, and rollout of software and data initiatives in a domain-heavy, regulated environment.
• Translate ambiguity into structured scope, milestones, dependencies, and crisp deliverables with engineering and operations teams.
• Run Agile ceremonies, maintain a prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria, and ensure implementable tickets.
• Collaborate in architectural discussions with engineers; document technical decisions, trade-offs, and constraints.
• Drive data-driven problem solving using SQL to validate assumptions, investigate issues, and support prioritization.

What they are looking for

• STEM background (engineering, physics, math, computer science) or equivalent analytical experience.
• Cross-functional delivery experience with product, engineering, data, and operations teams.
• Ability to structure complex problems quickly and translate them into executable plans.
• Comfort in technical environments: you follow architecture discussions and can write SQL or Python.
• Fluent English; German at professional level required.
• Fast learner with genuine curiosity and strong ownership mindset.
