The role

  • You own the Booking & Team Scheduling domain end-to-end: backlog prioritization, feature development, and accountability for customer, technical, and business impact.
  • You go deep on a rich, complex product spanning booking rules, scheduling policies, floor plans, and calendar integrations—expect a 3–4 month ramp-up.
  • You balance ruthlessly: customer requests, enterprise deal requirements, platform scalability, and technical debt using data and customer insight, not politics.
  • You drive cross-squad alignment with Mobile, Workplace Intelligence, and platform teams to ensure coherent product experiences.
  • You actively use AI tools in discovery, data analysis, prototyping, spec writing, and customer research—this is a real requirement, not a buzzword.

What they are looking for

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager with at least 3 years in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS, proven success delivering complex solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen: you collaborate with engineers on eye-level, navigate architecture and API discussions, and understand trade-offs between short-term delivery and long-term scalability.
  • Quantitative and qualitative research skills: you use KPIs, metrics, user research, and customer interviews to drive prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment: you present to C-level executives and mentor junior team members with equal confidence.
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus but not required. Based in Berlin or Munich.

What is in it for you

  • Unlimited annual leave and unlimited team collaboration opportunities.
  • Annual company summit across Europe, home office financial support, and annual learning & development budget.
