The role
- You own the Booking & Team Scheduling domain end-to-end: backlog prioritization, feature development, and accountability for customer, technical, and business impact.
- You go deep on a rich, complex product spanning booking rules, scheduling policies, floor plans, and calendar integrations—expect a 3–4 month ramp-up.
- You balance ruthlessly: customer requests, enterprise deal requirements, platform scalability, and technical debt using data and customer insight, not politics.
- You drive cross-squad alignment with Mobile, Workplace Intelligence, and platform teams to ensure coherent product experiences.
- You actively use AI tools in discovery, data analysis, prototyping, spec writing, and customer research—this is a real requirement, not a buzzword.
What they are looking for

- Quantitative and qualitative research skills: you use KPIs, metrics, user research, and customer interviews to drive prioritization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment: you present to C-level executives and mentor junior team members with equal confidence.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus but not required. Based in Berlin or Munich.
