The role
- Own a regulated consumer financial product from internal alpha through public launch within 12–18 months, making sharp scope decisions at every phase.
- Define product strategy and roadmap across phased rollout stages — from small internal group to broader consumer scale.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Engineering to navigate FCA e-money frameworks, KYC/AML flows, and Consumer Duty obligations without compromising user experience.
- Design the commercial model for consumer engagement — incentives, retention economics, and path to financial sustainability connected to P&L outcomes.
- Define and track consumer-facing KPIs (activation, engagement, retention) and build feedback loops from early users into iteration cycles.
What they are looking for
- 5–7 years of Product Management experience with proven 0-to-1 track record taking consumer fintech products from early-stage build to public launch.
- Deep domain knowledge of regulated consumer financial products: accounts, cards, KYC/AML flows, and FCA-regulated consumer experiences.
- Commercial literacy: ability to model consumer product economics and connect roadmap decisions to P&L outcomes.
- Regulatory comfort with FCA e-money frameworks and Consumer Duty; know when and how to involve Legal while building compliance into product without breaking experience.
- Execution-first mindset: operate well with ambiguity, move fast in small teams, and build scalable foundations.
What is in it for you
- Real ownership of a career-defining opportunity to build the future of fintech at a company processing billions of transactions annually.
- High-impact, early-stage role with meaningful autonomy and fewer blockers to execution.
- Hybrid model: 3 days per week in London HQ (Tuesday–Thursday) with breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided.
- Work alongside fast-moving, performance-obsessed teams recognized for impact from day one.
- Culture of backing each other to succeed with growth in your hands.
