The role

  • Own a 12–18-month product strategy for assigned optical product portfolio, defining positioning, pricing, and launch roadmaps across the U.S. market.
  • Lead go-to-market execution: coordinate cross-functional launches, oversee promotional calendars, and develop financial business cases for new products.
  • Monitor product performance, forecast revenue, identify market opportunities, and manage product discontinuation roadmaps.
  • Partner with Global product teams, Sales, and Marketing to drive category growth and build collateral (B2B and B2C).

What they are looking for

  • 2+ years of product management and category-building in Consumer or Healthcare (required); 2+ years optical industry experience (preferred).
  • Experience in regulated environments and go-to-market strategy; proven ability to conduct product training and manage remote teams.
  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, business case development, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work across multinational teams and travel 15–25% domestically, 5–10% internationally.
