The role

  • Own the complete product vision, strategy, and roadmap for USC Schedule in alignment with AVEVA's USC portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Portfolio, UX) as the core product leader, translating customer jobs-to-be-done into investment priorities and execution plans.
  • Act as evangelist and bridge between customers, users, development, and commercial teams—from discovery through adoption and business outcomes.
  • Champion voice-of-customer engagements and early adopter programs to gather structured feedback and drive adoption.
  • Partner with Sales, Services, Marketing on go-to-market strategy, positioning, pricing, and enablement.

  • 3+ years in scheduling and execution planning within oil & gas refining, petrochemicals, or specialty chemicals.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
