Product Operations Analyst - MoneyLion

The role

• You resolve user-facing tickets and identify systemic issues from customer feedback, working directly with Product and Engineering teams to drive feature enhancements.
• You build and maintain data dashboards tracking product metrics, unearthing insights that inform roadmap priorities.
• You establish root-cause analysis processes and documentation that scale the team's ability to debug and resolve issues across the platform.
• You own process improvements: identify operational gaps in how MoneyLion handles customer issues and implement systematic workflows to reduce friction and improve efficiency.

• 3–4 years in product operations, engineering process improvement, or similar cross-functional operations role.
• Data-driven mindset with SQL proficiency to query and analyze datasets independently.
