Product Manager - MoneyLion

The role

• You own roadmap planning: break down cross-functional initiatives into workstreams, define scope and schedules, coordinate releases across multiple stakeholders.
• You create and drive strategic vision while capturing learnings during feature development and ensuring continuous improvement.
• You manage complex stakeholder relationships with significant impact on product performance; keep them aligned with company strategy and goals.
• You facilitate decision-making, unblock teams, surface challenges, and monitor team health across engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales.
• You define data-driven metrics to monitor platform reliability, availability, and manageability; balance resources and invest strategically for growth.

What they are looking for

• 2+ years of product management in fintech or related industries; demonstrable success launching products or features with clear metrics.
• Expertise in financial products (payments, lending, investments) or ecommerce/startup environments is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder management: ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex relationships, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience: business requirements, product design, UAT, UX research, competitor analysis, and agile methodologies.
• Analytical mindset: data-driven decision-making, logical thinking, and understanding of fintech market dynamics.
