The role
- You develop and execute the Marketing Plan for assigned oncology brands, owning positioning, growth targets, and financial performance.
- You manage full product lifecycle: market analysis, competitive positioning, P&L accountability, and tactical execution aligned with sales.
- You lead cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical, Access), present performance to senior leadership, and drive strategic adjustments based on market dynamics.

- Proven pharmaceutical Product Manager experience in oncology, with track record developing and executing marketing plans.
- P&L management expertise: you balance sales performance with resource allocation and drive profitability.

- Analytical mindset: you anticipate market trends, identify risks and opportunities, and adapt strategies with data-driven decisions.
