The role
- Own product direction for digital services across condition monitoring and evolving portfolio offerings within Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies.
- Act as strategic and hands-on contributor: define vision and roadmap while engaging directly with customers, sales teams, and partners globally.
- Drive product-market fit by translating customer needs into requirements, packaging/pricing models, and KPI tracking (adoption, usage, retention, revenue).
- Partner with Head of Technology & Innovation and Head of Revenue & Go-to-Market to align product, commercial, and operational execution.
- Build and structure the Digital Services Product & Portfolio Management function from the ground up, including governance and working models.
What they are looking for
- MSc/BSc in Engineering, Business, or relevant field with proven B2B product management experience for digital, software, or IoT solutions.
- Strong background with subscription models (SaaS/XaaS) and understanding of how product decisions impact monetization and recurring revenue.
- Condition monitoring, IoT, or data-driven service experience strongly preferred; industrial equipment or process industry background advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as both strategic thinker and hands-on executor, with strong stakeholder management across commercial, technical, and operations teams.
- Proven track record scaling digital or service-based businesses from product-market fit to sustainable global growth with revenue operations discipline.
