Our products and services support strategic and operational decisions in the most demanding environments — whether at sea, on land, in space, or in cyberspace.</p><p>Become part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary, and mission-driven team that is transforming maritime surveillance and redefining global safety standards.</p><p>At TEKEVER, our mission is to provide limitless support through mission-oriented game-changers, delivering the right information at the right time to empower critical decision-making.</p><p>If you're passionate about technology and eager to shape the future — TEKEVER is the place for you.</p><p><strong><br>Our mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Master the workings of our products to become the leading authority in technical troubleshooting and high-level support.</p></li><li><p>Deep-dive into complex failures, diagnosing root causes across both hardware and software.</p></li><li><p>Translate user feedback into technical improvements for the development team.</p></li><li><p>Empower and mentor our support teams by creating the essential guides and technical documentation for fast and effective resolution.</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify reliability trends and opportunities for product improvement.</p></li><li><p>Maybe you'll even learn how to fly the AR3!</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Profile and requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Academic background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or similar - mandatory).</p></li><li><p>Professional experience (Junior to Intermediate) with a focus on hardware/software troubleshooting or product validation.</p></li><li><p>Solid knowledge in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python for debugging and analyzing firmware behavior.</p></li><li><p>Ability to interpret complex schematics and layouts using EDA software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with fabrication methods like PCB manufacturing and soldering to identify hardware root causes in the field.</p></li><li><p>Excellent technical writing skills to translate complex engineering fixes into clear, actionable documentation for support teams.</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).</p></li><li><p>Strong Analytical &amp; Communication skills: You must be able to bridge the gap between customer reality and developer technicality.</p></li><li><p>Problem Solver &amp; Resilient: You thrive when things break and won't stop until the root cause is found and documented.</p></li><li><p>Team player with the ability to navigate a dual-reporting environment (Support &amp; Engineering).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we have to offer you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>An excellent work environment and an opportunity to make a difference;</p></li><li><p>Salary Compatible with the level of proven experience.</p></li><li><p>Daily shuttle from Caldas da Rainha and Lisbon.</p></li></ul>
