## The role
- You design, develop, and optimise hardware and firmware features for the AR5 UAV, from concept through to production and client deployment.
- You work within the Navigation team, focused on the automatic flight system — from autonomy sensors to the ground control station.
- You participate in prototype testing, flight tests, flight analysis, and product validation in real operational environments.
- You identify continuous improvement opportunities for existing products and support resolution of technical issues.
- You produce technical documentation to support engineering and operational decision-making.
## What they are looking for
- Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Automotive, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hardware and/or firmware development roles.
- Proactive, fast-learning mindset with strong adaptability in a fast-evolving technical environment.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required.
- Experience with UAV development or as an amateur pilot is a strong plus.
