Product Manager II - Identity & Access Management Lisbon

## The role - You own the IAM product domain end-to-end — covering authentication, authorization, and account security for Mollie's merchants and internal users. - You define and drive the roadmap for identity flows including login, MFA, SSO, and role-based access control across Mollie's platform. - You collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and security teams to ship IAM features that meet both user needs and regulatory requirements. - You translate complex security and compliance requirements (e.g. PSD2 SCA) into clear, shippable product specs and prioritized backlogs. - You track product performance using data, defining metrics and running experiments to continuously improve trust, security, and user experience. ## What they are looking for - Demonstrated product experience in identity, access management, authentication, or security domains. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts: OAuth, OIDC, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and relevant compliance frameworks. - Ability to operate in a technical environment — you can engage deeply with engineers on architecture trade-offs without writing the code yourself. - Data-driven mindset with experience setting KPIs, interpreting usage data, and running structured experiments. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable aligning legal, compliance, security, and engineering around a shared roadmap. ## What is in it for you - Work on infrastructure that underpins payments for hundreds of thousands of European businesses. - Operate within a high-autonomy product culture at one of Europe's leading fintech scale-ups. - Competitive compensation package with strong benefits in Amsterdam or one of Mollie's European offices. - Opportunity to shape foundational platform capabilities with real regulatory and security significance.
