## The role
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for digital or operational tools across IAG's portfolio of airlines.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver end-to-end product improvements.
- Translate complex airline or travel domain challenges into clear, prioritised product requirements.
- Own product outcomes from discovery through delivery, iterating based on data and customer feedback.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a large, complex organisation or travel/aviation context.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to define and track meaningful product metrics.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and navigating matrixed corporate environments.
- Experience shipping digital products at scale, ideally in B2C or enterprise settings.
