Senior Assortment & Pricing Product Lead

## The role - You own the product vision and roadmap for assortment and pricing at Flink, one of Europe's leading quick-commerce players. - You work cross-functionally with commercial, data science, and engineering teams to define and ship pricing and assortment features. - You translate complex business and customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs. - You drive data-informed decisions, using metrics and experimentation to continuously improve assortment depth, availability, and pricing competitiveness. ## What they are looking for - Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in e-commerce, marketplace, or grocery/retail tech. - Strong analytical skills — you are comfortable working with data to validate hypotheses and measure impact. - Experience with pricing and/or assortment products, including working with commercial or category teams. - Ability to lead without authority, aligning diverse stakeholders across tech and business functions. - Fluent English communication skills; German is a plus. ## What is in it for you - High-impact role shaping a core revenue driver at a fast-scaling European startup. - Collaborative, international team based in Berlin with hybrid flexibility. - Competitive compensation package with equity participation.
