## The role
- You own the end-to-end product experience after a customer places an order — from confirmation through delivery and returns.
- You define and drive the roadmap for post-order flows, balancing customer satisfaction with operational efficiency.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and data teams to ship improvements at pace.
- You use data to identify friction points in the post-order journey and prioritise initiatives with the highest impact.
