## The role
- You hold end-to-end strategic and operational ownership of the Revenue Domain around Checkout, with direct focus on conversion uplift, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- You develop a data-driven monetisation strategy for existing and new cross-sell services, deriving business cases and prioritising initiatives by customer and business impact.
- You systematically identify revenue potential along the customer journey, formulate hypotheses, and validate them through A/B tests, quantitative analysis, and qualitative research.
- You translate market requirements and stakeholder needs — from Customer Care, Marketing/CRM, Resale, Mobile/Web — into scalable product solutions, clear roadmaps, and actionable backlogs.
- You act as the central point of contact for your domain, aligning stakeholders up to management level and making data-backed decisions with a clear outcome focus.
## What they are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Owner or Senior Product Manager in digital product development, ideally in e-commerce.
- Strong analytical mindset and proven data-driven working style — you are comfortable owning KPIs like Conversion, Attach Rate, AOV, and Support Reduction.
- Demonstrated collaboration with Engineering, UX, and international business stakeholders to ship user-centred, outcome-oriented solutions.
- Solid experience with agile ways of working, complex prioritisation, iterative delivery, and multi-stakeholder landscapes.
- Fluent in both German and English at a negotiation level.
