## The role
- You hold end-to-end strategic and operational ownership of the checkout revenue domain, with direct accountability for conversion, attach rate, and AOV.
- You develop a data-driven monetisation strategy for cross-sell services, building business cases and prioritising initiatives by customer and commercial impact.
- You design and run A/B tests, quantitative analyses, and qualitative research to validate hypotheses and uncover revenue opportunities along the customer journey.
- You collaborate with UX to build conversion-optimised, user-centred experiences, and partner with engineering to deliver API-based, compliant, accurately tracked implementations.
- You act as the central stakeholder contact for your domain, aligning up to management level and driving outcome-focused decisions grounded in data.
## What they are looking for
- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital product development, ideally in e-commerce or digital commerce contexts.
- Strong analytical ability to translate data into clear, actionable product decisions tied to KPIs like Conversion, Attach Rate, and AOV.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, and international business stakeholders.
- Expertise in agile delivery, complex prioritisation, and iterative development with structured backlog management.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken โ essential for an international team and multi-market product.
