## The role
- You own the full product strategy for Search & Monetization across global markets at CTS EVENTIM.
- You evolve the search experience end-to-end — from retrieval and ranking to AI-assisted discovery.
- You build and scale on-site advertising products including sponsored results and ad placements.
- You run data-driven A/B experiments to optimize conversion, engagement, and incremental revenue.
- You evaluate and shape the search technology stack, including Elastic/OpenSearch and AI tooling.
## What they are looking for
- 5+ years in Product Management on high-traffic B2C platforms.
- Solid understanding of search systems: relevance, ranking, and retrieval concepts.
- Proven commercial impact — you have moved conversion, revenue, or engagement KPIs.
- Hands-on with experimentation frameworks, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with ads or monetization products is a plus, not a hard requirement.
