Senior Product Manager - VP

## The role - You own the full product lifecycle for Barclays' Investment Banking CRM and Collaboration platform — from discovery and roadmap through to adoption. - You shape how bankers use GenAI-driven insights for client intelligence, deal targeting, pipeline health, and actionable reporting. - You drive behavioral change at scale, embedding new tools into day-to-day banker workflows and measuring realized business value. - You lead solution discovery, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across senior bankers, technology leaders, and control partners. - You evaluate programme risks and mitigate them through iterative design and testing before launch. ## What they are looking for - Deep investment banking domain knowledge: client coverage, deal lifecycle, pipeline, conversion, and front office workflows. - Proven end-to-end product ownership: problem discovery, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and roadmap delivery with engineering teams. - Experience building data, analytics, and AI/GenAI products — client intelligence, next best action, deal narratives, or intelligent reporting. - Senior stakeholder management skills: ability to challenge, align, and drive decisions with bankers, tech leaders, and control functions in a regulated environment. - Practical GenAI/Copilot product experience, including responsible deployment in enterprise settings. - Familiarity with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), including data models, integrations, and global scaling. ## What is in it for you - VP-level role at the centre of a high-visibility transformation across Barclays Investment Banking. - Base salary range of $155,000–$200,000, plus incentive award eligibility. - Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and qualifying paid leave. - Work on a platform that directly influences how investment banking decisions are made and deals are won.
